+3 Base Pad Extension for G19 (15rd) and G17 (17rd) Magazines
*The Pylon MXG ships with an 11-coil spring that can be used in both G17 and G19 magazines. You do not need to purchase the spring separately. It is a standalone product because of its compatibility with a slew of additional configurations (see the 11-coil spring listing for more information).

Known magazine well compatibility: Agency Arms, Reptilia, Magpul, GlockStore GS Fast, all back strap-compatible wells. Because the MXG uses a hard locked push-pin system, magazine wells that utilize a “flat bottom” below the back strap may cause the MXG pin to snap into the unlocked position. We will provide as many compatible brands as we can test and will update this list accordingly.

Install notes:
G19: After removing your OEM base pad and plastic insert at the bottom of the spring, remove OEM follower and install it on the 11-coil spring included with your MXG purchase. Insert the spring into the magazine then, with the extension pin unlocked, compress it while sliding on the MXG. You will hear and feel your magazine spring decompress into the magazine extension. You may now push the pin into the locked position. Note that round 18 will require significant force but still allow enough give for proper seating. We recommend the use of a speed loader if and when possible.
G17: After removing your OEM base pad and plastic insert at the bottom of the spring, remove OEM follower and install it on the 11-coil spring included with your MXG purchase. Insert the spring into the magazine then, with the extension pin unlocked, compress it while sliding on the MXG. You will hear and feel your magazine spring decompress into the magazine extension.
