SHIPPING

Pylon Syndicate offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. We use First Class Mail for packages under 12oz to ensure that customers get insured postage (with tracking) and can receive items within five (5) business days. Orders over $200 ship priority (3 day max). 

Our standard shipping rate is $7. 

RETURNS

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Pylon Syndicate incurs costs at the time you place your order and during the preparation of every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. 

Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying a 10% Order Cancellation Fee if your order is cancelled for any reason before your order is submitted for processing. This covers Pylon Syndicate’s Third Party costs associated with website and stock maintenance.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying an 15% Restocking Fee if your order is cancelled for any reason afteryour order is submitted for processing. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, partial or otherwise, can or will be issued until returned product has been received and processed.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that requests to cancel an order must be emailed to sales@pylonsyndicate.com and are not approved or valid until confirmation is given in writing from Pylon Syndicate. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that order cancellation requests are only processed on Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm CST (excluding holidays). Return requests are processed within 10 business days. 

Buyer consents and agrees to pay the Order Cancellation Fee of (10% on orders placed but not yet processed) or (15% on orders placed and submitted for processing) plus any shipping, return fees, or any other associated charges if you choose to Cancel your existing Placed Order. 

We only accept returns on items that have been purchased through pylonsyndicate.com

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

  • After we issue a refund, it can take 5-10 business days to see a credit minus shipping back to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds are based on originally purchase price.
  • If you’d like to exchange a product, you’ll need to complete the returns process, and NOT place a new order. If you place a new order, the initial order will receive a credit card processing fee for the refund issued

To send an item in for an exchange or return:

As long as you meet the requirements listed above, you may send the item(s) back to us. Please use our contact form to initiate a return. Please include a note inside your return/exchange package stating your contact information and order number. REFUNDS

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that items eligible for refund must be returned with proof of purchase, in original manufacturer packaging in unused condition within ten (10) Days of receipt of product. All returned items will be inspected prior to the processing of any refund. Our packaging includes tamper proof seals that must be broken in order to access our products. If you have unsealed a Pylon Syndicate product do not attempt to refund the item.  

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds take anywhere from 5-10 business days to process.

If your refund appears to be late or missing, please take the following steps in order:

  1. Check the account of your original payment method.
  2. If your refund has not posted, please contact your bank or Credit Card Company. There can be longer delays in posting refunds and Pylon Syndicate does not have control over these delays after we have processed a refund.
  3. When steps 1 & 2 do not answer your concerns to your satisfaction, please contact us at sales@pylonsyndicate.com.

EXCHANGES

We will only exchange new & unused items in their original packaging with additional shipping paid for by the customer. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@pylonsyndicate.com. Please see above for shipping address information.

Returning or Exchanging Gifts

Products received as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser. All returns or exchanges must be new & unused still in their original packaging. Gift certificates (digital only) are not eligible for refunds. Please see above/below for return/exchange shipping information.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

If the value of the return or exchange is significant, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pylon Syndicate does not independently insure return shipments and we do suggest insurance in cases like these.

WARRANTY

Pylon Syndicate offers a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty up to 3 months (90 days) from date of purchase. Some warranty inquiries are subject to rejection based on inspection of products in question. Sand blasting/re-anodizing, painting, and/or re-coating will void your warranty from Pylon Syndicate.
