Magazine Restriction Policy
Certain U.S. jurisdictions restrict the sale and transfer of firearm magazines and related accessories. Military and law enforcement are generally exempt from these restrictions. Pylon Syndicate does not process sales or shipments that are prohibited by law. If any sale or transfer of these items is found to be unlawful, the receiving party must return the items immediately for a full refund. Any third party distributing or reselling Pylon Syndicate products is solely responsible for ensuring that their sale or transfer complies with all applicable laws.

There are specific exemptions to magazine capacity restrictions that permit active law enforcement, military personnel, and other authorized individuals to purchase restricted magazines. If you are purchasing under a qualified exemption, please contact our Customer Support at sales@pylonsyndicate.com Note: No state currently allows warranty replacement shipments of restricted magazines to consumers.
